the restaurant Leiter am Wall is managed since 1969 by the Hafner
family that serves the highest level of gourmet cuisine based on
recipes from South Tyrol embellished with innovative touches and
products Mediterranean.

the most popular dishes is worth more than a taste of the trio of first
Tyrolean dumplings made from cheese, Schlutzkrapfen (ravioli stuffed
with spinach) and ricotta dumplings. The
passion with which Philip and Heidi take care of the kitchen is
